The best show in town just got even better! We are very excited to announce a new program for DM Days exhibitors — Exhibiting ROI-Q Academy™. This program was offered to DMA07 exhibitors and based on the feedback we are extending this program to DM Days exhibitors as well. Exhibiting ROI-Q™ Academy is comprised of an advanced Webinar and onsite program designed to train and educate you to become masters in event marketing. You will be notified with more details on the Webinar at a later date. The Exhibiting ROI-Q™ Webinar is conducted by Charles W. Allen, in conjunction with the Trade Show Exhibitors Association (TSEA). This will be followed by an onsite program, also led by Charles Allen. Through these highly interactive sessions, each participant will learn the fundamentals of successful exhibiting, boothmanship, the essential “do’s and don’ts” of exhibiting and more. These new partnerships will bring even more depth and diversity to the nearly 6000 loyal DM Days attendees representing over 1,500 buying entities. RegistrationREMINDER! Your space application confirms your company as an exhibitor in DM Days NY. Badge registration for staff is a separate process. Exhibitor registration can be done online, by fax, or by mail.
For every 100 square feet of booth space, exhibitors are entitled to 4 complimentary and up to 2 paid Exhibitor badges. If you have additional staff who are attending just to work as booth personnel, there is the “Exhibitor Hall Only” badge available at $75 per person. Online registration for exhibitors is now available. If you have not submitted your Exhibitor Registration form, you have the option of registering staff for badges via the DM Days New York website. For registrations received by May 13th, badges will be mailed to the Primary Contact noted on the Exhibitor Personnel Registration form. Registrations received after May 13th will be available for pick-up at the Exhibitor Registration Counter at the Javits Center. Rates do not include a hotel surcharge of $3.50 per room, per night. The hotel will apply this surcharge in addition to the room rate and tax for each night of stay. Hotel reservations may be made online via the DM Days website — www.dmdays.com or you may complete this form to reserve hotel rooms during your stay for DM Days New York. Make your hotel reservations by Monday, May 12, 2008 to secure the special Conference hotel rate. We are excited to again offer the MyDMDays online community and SmarthBooth service for DM Days NY. Exhibitor Service KitFreeman will again be the general services contractor for DM Days NY. They are currently in production of the online service kit and all exhibitors will receive an email notification when the online kit is posted. The kit will be available on Freeman’s website — www.myfreemanonline.com. Your kit will include details on shipping materials, ordering electrical and Internet services, labor guidelines, and general show information. Preferred Exhibit Hall PassesPreferred Exhibit Hall Passes are scheduled to go in the mail the week of April 14, 2008. We encourage you to use these passes to promote your participation to key clients and/or prospects and invite them to stop by your booth. Please note: Preferred Exhibit Hall Passes are not valid for Exhibitor Personnel. Dates to RememberPlease mark your calendars with the following important deadlines and dates: Final payments were due on January 17, 2008. Reserve your hotel rooms for DM Days NY hotels by May 12, 2008, to receive the guaranteed Conference rates. Roster Listing (list of registrants’ names) deadline is May 13, 2008. Pre-Show Attendee List will be available after May 16, 2008. An order form to request the list will be included in the online service kit. Advance registration will close June 3, 2008. Exhibitor move-in officially begins on Saturday, June 7, 2008 and continues on Monday, June 9, 2008. All exhibits are to be set by Monday, June 9 at 6:00 pm. NOTE: Sunday, June 8, will be a “dark day” — there is no set up on Sunday and labor will not be available.
